Terms of Service

Service: Berritah provides technology-news briefs, article links, archive tools, personalization, and optional Telegram delivery. Content, features, availability, and delivery schedules may change.

Accounts: provide accurate information, keep your password and connected accounts secure, and notify us of unauthorized access. Do not misuse the service, bypass limits, scrape private data, or infringe rights.

Subscriptions and billing: free and paid access are offered as shown at checkout. Stripe handles payment details, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds according to the checkout terms and applicable law. Cancel future renewal through Stripe or Berritah billing controls.

Third-party content: Berritah links to publishers and uses RSS or other source material. Publisher terms, attribution, copyright, takedown rights, and commercial-use permissions apply; Berritah does not promise that third-party content is accurate or continuously available.

Acceptable use and availability: do not use briefs as professional, investment, legal, or security advice. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, non-payment, or legal reasons. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Privacy and deletion: use the Privacy Policy and account controls for data requests, password changes, session revocation, Telegram disconnect, and account deletion.

Liability and governing terms: These Terms of Service govern use of Berritah together with applicable law.
